Ff7

So I just got Final Fantasy 7 for my computer and I'm trying to run it on a Windows XP machine. The install went fine but the problem comes when I actually start the game. I'll make it past the opening credits (you know, the edios logo, and the squaresoft logo) but then it won't go anywhere. Its like it won't take input from my keyboard or something. I tried running it in windows 98 compatability mode, but that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

It fixes most of the issues FF7 has with XP

oh, i got it to work. User error ofcourse. Just didn't realize you have to use the 8 and 2 button for up and down. hhheheheh, srry. Thanks for the patch though, i'm sure thats going to come in handy.
