FFXI Uninstall problem

Windows Add/Remove program, nor the uninstall program from the disk would work when I tried to uninstall Final Fantasy XI.

I had to delete the directory manually from the Hardrive, and then I tried some registry cleaners to try to completley remove it.

I am hoping to reinstall the game, but unless it is completley off my machine, I will get this message when I put in the FFXI Disk, as well as when I try to uninstall from Windows add/remove.

Internal Failure: 45780x808x0

Acsess Denied.

So basically I can't uninstall or reinstall.

Does anyone know what to problem is, or any methods I can completley remove it off my machine so it will let me put it back on?

If your using xp did try system restore?

 

Its been awhile since Ive had this problem.

System restore won't go back far enough.
