FIC P4 865 PE-PRO motherboard

Well Let me start by saying man what a rip i was on vacation and bought a FIC P4 865 PE PRO and when the time come to have my new computer build witch took a year to collect all the parts i needed and get it builded from a major pc builder were i live i got a call from the builder saying my new board didnt work he said he kept getting a error when the pc was fired up but didnt write down what the error said so i had to buy another one now i am wondering what went wrong I tryed to contect FIC witch was a lost cause so what i am asking is there anywere i can send the board to to have it checked out to see what the problem is thanks a lot

 

Well the board fired up, i would like to know the error, you might have got ripped on the build, not the purchase of the m-board. ed
