fifa 2007 to utube

could anyone please explain to me how to upload a highlight from fifa 2007 (football) to utube.

Assuming you are already a member, click the Upload icon on your home page.

Type in a title, a description, and some keywords in the tag box.

In step 2, click Browse.

Navigate to the video you want to upload.

Select it.

Decide whether you want the video to be private, or viewable by anyone.

Click Upload Video.

Note - Video needs to be less than 100Mb and no longer than 10 minutes in duration.
WMV is a fairly good format to upload.
