Figering out what memory I can use

My friend lives in a differnt state and I used a program a while back that would tell what kind of memory you need and how much . Any Ideas what this program was. Thanks Chuck

Point your friend in the direction of www.crucial.com Their website can scan his PC and should be able to tell him exactly the right type of RAM needed and he can buy it direct from them. They have good prices and speedy delivery.

If this is a notebook, or PCs from Dell or HP/Compaq, I would check their websites first.
