Fighting with Comcast-need tracret defined

Hi:

Have been fighting with Comcast for approx 5 months re: intermittent issues such as slow responses, time outs, etc-many, many tec visits, replacement cables, routers, wireless modems, etc-Comcast reply is always 'we see nothing wrong-
Would greatly appreciate analysis of this trace route to Comcast forums that timed out. Actual question is did the site reply but got dropped/not accepted by Comcast on the return path? Many thanks.

I just used VisualRouteLite to check my route to http://forums.comcast.net/ and it tells me that there's likely to be a firewall blocking responses to pings; this is normal behaviour.

Maybe someone with more experience than I will come up with other methods you could use to troubleshoot your problems.
