File Copy Software

Im currently looking for a third-party software that can help me copie HD data. My issue is when I do low level recovery of data from a HD I set it up as a slave or on a secondary master and usually pull off the data. My issue is some clients want all the data on the HD pulled for those "just in case files" if they wanna go looking for old data. But a direct copy in windows will result in "Cannot copy messages", if anyone has any suggestions or a hack for windows to get by those access denied files, please respond.
