File extension question ".sep"

Hi,

First time posting and hopefully somebody can help me out. I've been trying to figure out what program will open a ".sep" file extension. Windows doesn't know what program to associate it with and I've looked at file extension lists and they say its either a "SimEnhancer 3D Profile File" or a "TIFF Bitmap Seperation File," and I am 99% sure it is the latter one that I possess considering I'm trying to edit a group of image files. I've also verified that it is not a SEP writer/reader file (a program like Adobe Reader/Writer from China). I've tried Fireworks and a myraid of other graphic editing programs and have had no success in opening the file. If anybody has any insight as to what program can and will open a ".sep" Tiff Bitmap Seperation File it would be much appreciated.

Thanks TimW. I've tried the SimEnhancer Profiles program to open it and it didn't work. I'm quite sure its the SEP Tagged Image File Format (TIFF) bitmap, since it was with a group of other image files I am suppossed to edit. However, I still don't know what program will open it.
