Do you know what the file in C:\windows\help\SBSI\training\wxpper\content\cbz
The files that freeze the scan are L5_BA.cbz, L5_CA.cbz etc. I have tried excluding the files on the next scan but then it hits the next one on the list and I have to restart my computer. What is this file supposed to do? I tried going into windows and opening it but it crashed my computer again. Any advice?
I have symantec antivirus and my definitions are up to date.

Look them up through the virus definitions through norton and find out how to manual delete them if all else fails.
