file in use but nothing there

I have a folder that says its being used by another person or program when I try and delete it but when I click on properties it says 0 for bytes etc.. I am the only user on this computer and I am unable to find whats using that folder especially when there is nothing in the folder so.. How do I find out whats using this folder? It is a folder that I created that I no longer use/need but I can't seem to get it deleted as I keep getting the error message that it is being used by another person or program.
I have cleaned up my computer, ran my spyware scans, rebooted my computer, ran defrag, high jack this, and anything else I could think of to try and determine whats causing the problem and I do not have any bugs or spyware.
Thanks for any help anyone can give me I did try and search for this problem both in MG and online and couldn't find anything.

Download and install UNLOCKER, right-click on file, select Unlocker; not only can you see what is using the program you can unlock it, so you can delete the file/folder.

 

Thanks it worked.. It did not find anything that was using it but it did allow me to delete it.
