File Name Changer

Is there a program that automatically optimizes file names so that they are formatted for the web?

ie "Hello Bob.JPG" will become "hello_bob.jpg"

 

These may not be exactly what you are looking for, but they can make renaming files a ton easier.

FastStone is my personal favorite, as it contains a batch routine for renaming loads of pictures at a time, as well as batch routines for many other things (i.e. converting formats, picture sizes, etc.)
