File not found D:\Data1.cab

ok well I reinstalled window's xp because i had a bad virus infection beyond my control and now everything runs great, exept when i try to install a game called swat 4 i get a error saying (error 1311.source file not found D:\Data1.cab. veryify that the file exist and that you can acces it) obvisouly i need to install the file but i looked around and i cannot find anything that remotly resemble's what i need. any suggestion's would be very helpful thank you

 

Generally, that is a hidden file on the install CD. I've run into this before with CD's that are scratched. I ended up taking the CD to my local movie rental place and having them run it through the DVD cleaner to remove the scratches.
