   Is the file saved as xyvxxxx.html ? You should just have to open a browser and double click the file for it to open.

   Or if for some strange reason HTML files are not allocated to an application, then right click it and choose open with and then in the list should be Internet Explorer > apply
   
   if not same location but this time choose Open With > Choose Program.
