File system error (-1073741515)

Hello, I'm new here and was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I've been dealing with for awhile now.You see, I'm fairly certain that my laptop(Win7 32 bit) has some pretty malicious malware on it. I've tried to go through the malware removal guide this site offers but do to the file system error mentioned above, my computer will not allow any .exe files that have been downloaded to run. this error also has disabled all UA controls, so I can't even go to my system recovery. I also can't change of the user account settings. I've looked around at a few different places and they tell me to keep downloading these different files. However I can't OPEN them because of this file system error. If anyone can help, I would be extremely grateful.

I saw someone else do this too. I don't know if this will help, but I'll include my text log.

Hi there.

Are you able to run .exe files in safe mode at all? :confused

If not try this: Try the below:

Download Windows Repair by Tweaking.com and unzip the contents into a newly created folder on your desktop on the PC with the infection.

Open up this newly created folder and then open the "files" folder (...\windows repair v1.5.7\files)

From here, locate the fix_exe_hijack.inf file and then Right-mouse click it one time, then choose "Install".

Once you have done this, you should now be able to open applications again.
