Files skipped when installing Windows servers 2003

Hello,

I used nLite to create an Windows server 2003 disc that had the SATA drivers included.I have installed Windows server 2003 that had the above drivers by deleting the already existing Windows vista operating system. But when I was installing, it skipped the following files.............cmnicfg.xml, ipcfg.xxml, osinfo.xml, potscfg.xml, pppcfg.xml,
xmlp_bdg.xdr, xmlp_bec.xdr, xmlp_beu.xdr, xmlp_ecp.xdrxmlp_ecu.xdr, xmlp_fcd.xdr, xmlp_fcw.xdr, xmlp_hlp.xdr, xmlp_loc.xdr, xmlp_mas.xdr, xmlp_mcc.xdr, xmlp_mcu.xdr,xmlp_mpc.xdr. I want to install SAP R/3 on Win server 2003. Will I face any problems in future..as some files are skipped when installing.

gday ram16 i once had a similar problem with an old xp disc i had to skip a few files during installation once the installation was completed i just did a repair install straight after and this corrected the missing files just a thought it may help

I did the repair and it skipped the above mentioned files again. Then I ran the command sfc /scannow with the installation CD in the drive. It checked whether all the protected files are intact and in their original versions and it ran successfully. Now I am going to start installing SAP on top of it.
