finally doing an internship

Yep folks, finally after attending school for 5 years in the evenings, weekends, and online I'm doing an internship with a local school district's technology department. The pay is low but I'm really into it for the experience and this place has plenty of that. Being a teaching facility they are expanding into many areas all at once so I get a chance to work with technologies like cloud, wireless, VOIP, virtual devices, and many others. Hopefully this will open up some doors as I still plan on changing my career completely from being a construction worker (union ironworker) to a full time I.T. Technician and all that that contains. Wish me luck! I may be calling on some of my other tech friends here on MG to advise me from time to time. Let me know if you are available.
