    I want to create folder links in left area of my computer (W7)
    FAVORITES
    LIBRARIES
    HOMEGROUP
    COMPUTER
    NETWORK
    MYFOLDERS

    Like this^.

    You can't do that, but you could create a new library My Folders, right click it, Properties, and add the links to your folders.

    Yes, no, there was a tool to it i think, so I'm looking for that tool =)
