Are any of these processors any good? ;

They are pretty much Low-end , but my current processor is 1.1Ghz .

Same with Graphics cards;

Any good?

Will they be compatable with your existing motherboard?

both CPUs and GFX card are pretty good if they hit near the top of your motherboards specs for compatable CPUs. The 9600 is a fine GFX card.

Your vid card will run at around half speed unless you have an AGP 8X slot.

Ahh , now I need a new motherboard. Any Ideas?

In fact an agp x4 has plenty of bandwidth for a 9600,if you mate the new card with the fastest cpu you can fit into your board and xp 2100

it will give a nice performance increase,just dont expect blistering mind blowing graphics with the latest games
