Limitations:
This program by default will try to install
* The Weather Channel Desktop
* Ask Toolbar

You have to make sure you uncheck the install of the Weather Channel Desktop

Also for Ask Toolbar you have to uncheck to items
1. Enable address bar search feature
2. I accept the license agreement and want to install the free Ask Toolbar

 

I also use Trillian, without the add-ons. Works well for me. :major Bazza

 

I use pidgin. it is what became of Gaim. best one i have used in a while and it also allows you to have multiple accounts all logged in at once, all in one window.

Pidgin, hands down. It also supports OTR.

It also adheres to the Vista windows decorations scheme (Aero), unlike Windows Live Messenger, roflmao.

 

For whatever reason, Konqueror isn't letting me edit.

Anyway, its also free, and full featured, unlike Trillian, which you have to buy for the full product.
