Finding emails on MS Express from old computer

Hi,
Can anyone please help.
I an trying to recover all my friends & business emails from MS Express which I copied from an old computer that I sold and cannot now be recovered. I copied the MS Express file lock stock and barrel, assuming I could recover the emails somehow from that file.

I am now in my new computer with MS express up and running, but I can't find a way to recover all my old emails, just new ones. The old MS Express file I copied has the following icons, and I need to know where the old emails are and how to move them to my new computer;

Would greatly appreciate some help as my life's contacts are all gone!

I'm pretty sure I copied them from the right file. I know now what I should have done, but what I am trying to do nevertheless is recover old emails. Any ideas how I recover from whats on the files from what documented on my email?
