Fingerprint Utility

Just downloaded Fingerprint Utility and it's not set up like I hoped. Now it won't uninstall. Removed from add/remove programs and got a warning that some files did not remove and to remove them manually. So I go to C programs and their all there and the icon is in my taskbar. So I try to delete and am told I cannot. Any help?

 

If you right click the icon in the system tray is there an option to close the program?...you can't delete a file when it's in use.
Also: Have you tried booting into Safe Mode and deleting the files?
What about a reg cleaner? Tried that? There's a good one in CCleaner...Issues tab...be sure to make a back-up.

 

A program that is available here at Major Geeks called Eraser http://www.majorgeeks.com/Eraser_d4221.html has always worked for me, on some programs that are working it will need to reboot to remove, it has never let me down or others that have used it GREAT program. Hope that helps
