    Hello.

I just switched from Comcast to Verizon FiOS this week and I'm having a problem with the router.

The router is the Actiontec MI424-WR.

I run a large news web site and after the switch I find that the computer I use to manage and edit the web site has a lot of trouble getting to the web server which is on the same internal network.

The management computer is at 192.168.1.200 and the web server is at 192.168.1.211

The main difference I have noticed is that on Comcast the web server logged the internal IP address as the access source. Now on FiOS the web server is logging the outside public IP address as the source.

This means that the router is sending the web server requests out to the internet and they are coming back. Most of the request that come back in are being dropped so I can only get to the web server about 1 in 5 attempts from my computer.

Is there a way to configure this router to keep internal IP traffic internal? My old LinkSys router did that by default.

    Thanks.
