Firefox 3.0 is bugging out

Happy new firefox 3.0, but does any one else find it extremely prone to crashing randomly?

Tab saver brings up my last pages, but its a right pain in the bum after a couple of times per session.

tried a re-install but no joy, anyone else got the same troubles?

I don't use FireFox so this is a long-shot but could it be that the problems comes from Yahoo!'s or Google's toolbar? They were not made for FF3. Which one of them do you have? You could test what happens if you switch...

 

I don't have either, I try to keep it uncluttered. But i did notice when switching from FF2 to FF3 that I lost my Norton tollbar and cant find it anywhere! You dont think it could be Norton do you? It may explain it, as I'm running no add-ons that aren't compatible. Do you know how to tell Norton not to try and put itself inside my browser?!

I've actually just downloaded and installed Mozilla Minefield (64bit FF), and no probs as yet
