Firefox 41.0.2 Will Not Sync

Have successfully synced my Firefox account across three devices -- home pc, samsung galaxy note 3, and this X230 when it had linux -- with no issues. Just replaced linux with Win7Pro on the X230, and try as I might, nothing will allow me to sync. I can't even find an active Firefox Support forum. Have removed and re-added my account on the X230, ensured all cookies are enabled, ensured all options in the sync menu (bookmarks, add-ons, passwords, etc.) are checked. Erased the weave folder and both compatibility.ini and prefs.js files. No change.

Can provide more info upon request. Any and all help greatly appreciated.
