Firefox bookmark to desktop

    I have recently started using "Firefox" as an alternative to "IE"

    one problem I'm having Is; putting a link to a webpage on my desktop
    I can do this in "EI" easly with "right click, create shortcut" Is there a way to do this in firefox

    I just open firefox...drag it down a little bit so I can see the desktop, then pull down my list of bookmarks...choose the one I want and just drag and drop it to the desktop!!

    Always worked for me!!!
