firefox crashes

Anyone else having Firefox take a dump on them? Sometimes it will crash for me each time i flip tabs... at first I thought it was something to do with a beta application that I use with Facebook but it happens regardless or not of whether I am using it. I'm getting tired of it, and just so I get the logs done without crashing- I am thinking about using IE (gasp):-D or Opera!



It would seem the more it updates the worse it is becoming :zzz

 

Yes I have luckily got something installed which recovers my browser sessions, otherwise I would be really peeved off!

Try Fx in it's safe mode, and see if that helps, also do you have many addons installed? If so and safe mode for Fx works ok the disable or remove all addons and then add the ones you lime back one by one to test and maybe you will find out the culprit.

Also update Adobe Flash as that can be a problematic app

as a longshot install Minefield 3.7 alpha and see how you go with next gen Firefox http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla....nk/firefox-3.7a1pre.en-US.win32.installer.exe. You won't be able to install many addons as they are inthe main not compatible, but that's a good thing IMO
