FireFox Extension Problem

I have used an extension called "Downthemall!" ver 1.1.10 for years. It's a download accelerator and manager. It's always worked great. I just right click on the file or download link to a file I want to download, select "Start saving link with dTa one click", and it opens a box showing the filrs progress.

Now when I do that I get a window that just says "Loading" and the whole window is grayed out. See attachment.
If anyone has any ideas how to fix, I'd really appreciate the help.

In FF check Tools>Addons>under extensions see if the downloadthemall extension is greyed out in that list. It might indicate that the version of the addon you are using is not compatible with your version of FF.

 

Sach2, Nope. I also check for updates to all my extensions and themes at least every couple of days, so they are always current.
Thanks anyway for the idea. I'm open to all of them.

floyd try this :
click on file in FF
Then click on open file
then search for the file "Downthemall"
and it should have an XPI file within it or some thing like that just click on that then you can redownload it and then restart FF it may even require you to reboot your machine !

Thx everybody, but I figured it out. I use another addon called Mcafee site advisor and that is causing the conflict. When I disable that it works OK. Never use to happen, so something must have changed in one of them.
