firefox has 100% CPU useage all the time

Hello everyone. Well before I've posted hear I did addressed to malware removal forum and "Kestrel13" was great enough to help checking and cleaning my OS. Although that helped and system got much cleaner, 100%CPU usage still remained as a problem, then Kestrel13 advised me to turn to software forum and sick help there. So I'm posting new thread about my issue. Please help, cause each use of FireFox is getting nightmare, and although I have opera browser I love my FireFox and there are all my bookmarks. Can anything be done to resolve the problem? any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance. Respectfully RJS.


P.S. I did updated my mozilla firefox to 3.5.6, but in vain.

thank you very much Plodr, i guess it is already helping, well in the safe mood firefox stared and browsed preaty fast, now I'm going to see wich adds-on is causing the problem. THANK YOU tousend time !!!!!!!!!!!!!! very greatfully RJS.

 

Hallelujah!!!!!!!!! The Yahoo toolbar was causing the problems. My FireFox is working like a well oiled machine, after I uninstalled it . Thank you, thank you thank you Plodr.
