Firefox History

I Set my FireFox to Never Remember History.

But I have a lot of WebSites in my Dropdown List in the Adress Bar.

So I Click History and Clear History is Gray.

So I go back and Set my FireFox to Always Remember History.
Then the Clear History Tab Shows Up.

And I Check everything and Clear it and Close FireFox.

Then I Open FireFox again and my History is still in my Adress Bar.

Can anybody help?

 

Thanks it all works good.
But if I say come back to this WebSite or my FaceBook I do have to enter my Password and this is Ok.

But it always has my UserName that is my E Mail in the Box or Dropdown List.

I do have a Check in Delete Form Data in FireFox what other Setting am I missing??

 

I think they want to clear cookies and other data to be automated on exit like on a public computer.

Open the Options menu in FF. Select Privacy & Security. Scroll down and check mark 'Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed'. You may need to restart the browser before it takes effect (probably not but I'm not sure).

You might need to uncheck 'Forms and Autofill' also.
