   I have Win10 and I have an ADMIN Account and a Guest Account.
   
   On the Guest Account if I go to a WebSite in FireFox and make the FireFox Browser small so I see the DeskTop it works.
   
   Then I Highlight the WebSite in the Address Bar and Drag it to the DeskTop to make a Shortcut.
   
   It works but the Icon looks like a Blank White Page.
   And Yes the Shortcut to the WQebSite does work.
   
   Is this a Win10 thing?
