   i just tried to open firefox and its not opening up ,there is no text saying anything on my desk top and this has never happened before,i have not deleted any file's ,and my net connection is fine ,anybody any ideas.thanks

   Ctrl Alt Delete > Processes > scroll and see if FF stayed open at some point.
   
   The other option is to uninstall and reinstall it.
