Firefox Problem

I do not know if there is something wrong with my web browser (Firefox 13.0.1) but I cannot find where to export/import bookmarks. I've done this before. But, I cannot find where/how to do it. I've used Firefox's Help but there is no import/export option where they say it should be.

 

I am using 13.0.1 and the Bookmarks backup is there.
FireFox > Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks (Ctrl+Shift+B)
That will open a new window
Import and Backup > Backup or Restore or Import or Export

I recommend MozBackup, it can backup a lot more than just the Bookmarks

If your using any thing newer then 10.0 versions of Firefox i can say that there are going to be some major issues happening at some point in time i would recommend that you guys revert back to a earlier version.I do not trust any thing past 5.0 version any thing past 5.0 has been very buggy in some way.

And on top of this buggy issues any thing past 5.0 version alot of addons will not work.I still use the 4.0version be cause the Addons i use will not work for newer versions of firefox.
