Firefox Profile Missing Popup All The Time.

    I am running Win Ten 64 Pro. After a reinstall of Windows and Kaspersky Internet Security Firefox shows a Popup which says Profile Missing - Your Firefox Profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible. It pops up all the time unless I uninstall Firefox.

    Firefox Portable works fine as does Edge.

    Could Kaspersky be the problem?

    Its doing my head in!

    I'd think if Kaspersky were the problem, you have trouble launching the portable version of FF as well.

    Open Windows Explorer and look what it in here
    C:\Users\your username on that computer\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\alpha-numeric string.default

    Is it there?
