I have FireFox and in the Options Tab I go into GEN. Tab.
Then I go down the Page to Tabs.
    I have a Check in
"Open Links In New Tab Instead Of New Window."

But as I am on Google and as I Click on Links and go to other WebSites.
They all keep Opening in the Same Tab not a New Tab.

Should every Link Open in another Tab Right next to the other Tab?

Yes. It works that way for me. But search doesn't act the same way as a web page with links does.
If you want search links to open in a new tab and not go to the page, you have to hold down the ctrl key as you click it. Then you get tabs for all the search links you've clicked.
