FireFox Throbber change

I use K-meleon, changing the throbber is as easy as cutting pasting. with k-meleon, its an avi file. I would like to send my friend the file so he can use it as a throbber with his firfox. is there an easy way to do this? firefox does not have a skins folder, well his doesn't.
I do know about the crome folder, but is there an easier way? or is there a way to convert the text to accept a .avi file? we are talking long distance, and he wants the silver bird throbber i use with K-Meleon ...how?
