Firefox Tool Bar

I have FireFox and Win7.

I went to Download a program from File Hippo and yes I know I should not.

Then on my DeskTop at the Top of the Screen is a FireFox Logo with a Long Search Box.
Under it it say Apps to the Relt Side.

Then Right after Apps it says Suggested Sites.

To the Far Right it has the 3. Lines for Options and so on.

I did go into my Ad Remove Programs List to see if I had an Ad On for the Tool Bar and I have nothing.

So I go into FireFox Options but I am going through everything and see noting.

Can anybody help it is taking up the Top of my Screen and Moved my Icones around.

 

I did a System Restore and it Fixed it.

A System Restore never works for me but I gave it a go and it did this Time.
