firefox uninstall

    hi,
    i want to uninstall firefox from my system ,but i can`t seemt ot find it in the add/remove programs in win2k or even an uninstall option in the firefox install folder. i already have opera and ie. was just checking out which is good. now, i want to get rid of firefox.
    plz advise...

    It should appear as "Mozilla Firefox (1.0.6)" in Add/Remove Programs. It does on my W2K box.

    If Firefox is not listed in Add or Remove Programs, then the unistaller can be found here C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall. If the is no unistaller then yo will have to manually remove Firefox.

    You could try re-installing it over the top of the current install, then you should be able to uninstall it normally.

    However, uninstalling will not delete the Mozilla Firefox installation folder in C:\Program Files, or the Profile folder located at C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Mozilla. These folders have to be deleted manually in any case.
