Firefox will connect, EI wont.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I have no idea what is wrong.

As the title says, Firefox will connect fine to the internet but EI says this when I run a diagnostics check :

I don't know what any of that means! It also seems to disconnect for no reason. PLease help, thank you
