Firefox won't install

I've asked about this before but maybe someone has become enlightened since then. I can't use Firefox. I recently had to get a new laptop because my old one was dying. I was able to move just about everything to the new one and to re-install most of the them. However, when I tried to install Firefox I kept getting this message: "Error occurred during installation. en-US Language Pack:
-202 ACCESS DENIED"

I have tried unstalling and reinstalling without success. I have submitted this issue to some forums and have not received any answers.

Do you think you can provide me with some help on this issue?

 

If you have a c:\program files\mozilla firefox folder, delete it. Try again.

Thanks loads!! While I did move it not delete it, it still worked. Now I will delete the temp folder.

By the way, I have a son in Kingsport - where in Tennessee do you live? I went to high school and college in Nashville about 100 years ago.

I'm outside of Knoxville. I worked up around Kingsport years ago (Elk River), I like that area. Are you a Commodore?

My brother lives in Pawley's Island, he's not that far from you.

Just looking over my historical stuff. It wasn't the Elk, it was the Holston and Doe rivers. Did some mussel surveys up there.

You're right - Pawley's Island is not far from us. We usually go to the northern part of the Myrtle Beach area - less congestion and noise although that is slowly changing.

I was a Commodore when I was in high school - I lived right across the street from Dudley Field - used to park cars in my yard. Now, and for the last several years, I have been a Tarheel fan, especially basketball.
