firefox wont stay open.

I just installed Ubuntu edgy and planned to use firefox. Everytime I open firefox to a page needing flashplayer it closes. I did try to install flash 9 but this issue was happening before I did that. when I open firefox with the terminal this is the error I am left with

How can I correct this error?

I can not really tell you. Any page that would use flash seems to cause this error. I can tell you that the install did not have any errors.

 

Besides edgy, did the official non-beta build work?

I have ubuntu installed in my basement-billiard room, and it works great. As in FF works great with pandora.com for random music, whilst playing pool. But, this was an official build.

 

I have found the issue. I was working in 16bit color depth and just need to be in 24-bit. Corrected the issue and FF and Flash 9 are both working great. Thanks for the help.
