I'm tired of the way that Firefox has distanced itself from the enduser & I'd like to go back to Opera. Do you think that Opera is still popular enough

What wierds me out is that I have two entries apiece in 'Programs and features for Firefox & for Thunderbird. How do I back up my mail so that I can uninstall & reinstall both, because If I uninstall one the other will be uninstalled as well.

Have you looked at PaleMoon? It is based on FF 24.

I don't know anything about Thunderbird, sorry.

Hi

What is it you do not like about Firefox?
Nightly a test version of Firefox is good and one I use a lot, Nightly download it is a test version so may not work perfectly with addons but I have not in vanilla form found any issues with it installed on a Windows 8.1 64bit PC.

As for backup Mozbackup is great for the email app Thunderbird https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/moving-thunderbird-data-to-a-new-computer
