Firewall Issues

I have tried to install ZOnealarm and been denied access to the internet. Then, I uninstalled it and tried Sygate and had the same problem- lost connectivity. I uninstalled that and just tried to use the WIndows firewall and it keeps shutting off on me. I have no idea what is going on or how to fix it. I'm sure it's probably something very simple that I should know, but don't. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

First off...Are you SURE you are spyware and/or virus free!!??

I went back through all the steps listed on your website the other day because I thought that might be the issue. Some things were found on the online scans, but I think I got rid of them.

 

Then try running the online scans again to make sure you got them.
