My connection keeps going in and out...When running a check on my PC it says I might need to check HTTP port 80, HTTPS port 443 & FTP port 21....

How can I check these? Thanks in advance....

Are you behind a router or a dsl modem?

This will work but not if you have a hardware firewall (router and dsl modem)

You failed to mention your version of windows; we can't really tell you where to look if we have to guess what you are using.
You also failed to mention what firewall you are using and a mention of other security programs might help because they might be blocking something.
