firewall problem

ok here i am again, i run win xp home on a dell 3000..my firewall is etrust..it keeps asking me to approve programs that are allready approved. i have run spyware/adware and virus. is there anything else i can do? thanks, dee

 

im not familiar with etrust but surely there is a setting that you can edit for all your program installed.
but if you try that already, try to uninstall and then reinstall the etrust.
