I have a linksys router that has a firewall onit.
There is never any information from the firewall and i wouldnt know it is there.

should i disable it and how do i disable it and load another firewall ?

Leave the router alone, this is a hardware firewall. You can add a program firewall which will not interfere with your routers firewall. I would suggest PCTools Firewall Plus (without the add ons.)

Good post and site...looks like I'll get rid of Comodo Pro and go with PCTools as TimW suggests. Thanks!
