firewall

    i see this from my router what does this mean 9:06:23 AM 10.0.0.100 Detected attack, host not blocked ARP_UNWANTED_REPLY. now the ip from my router is 10.0.0.1:confused
    this message was from my outpost firewall 7.3 logs running windows 7. and also what does trusted net bios and Nat Zone mean in my firewall setting LAN.right now i dont have any on them check
