   Does any one know if its possible to boot off firewire with pc? I have a 1394b extrenal hook up.

   I know newer BIOS setups support USB boot devices, I am not sure about Firewire though. Best bet would be to find out what BIOS brand and version you are running, this should show during the intial boot up, and check their website to see if it is supported.
