    Some of you have probably seen this. It has been posted and re-posted on youtube, so the actual views count shown on youtube.com is much greater than what is shown for this one. It has also been called the Mediaeval Help Desk. Watch it; it's a must see for the technology-oriented. I don't think I could ever watch it so many times that I still wouldn't get chuckle out of it.
