Fix For Pale Moon Video Problems W/windows 10 Fall Creators Update

As with many other Pale Moon users, the browser was not playing many of the videos at various web sites.

The same videos did play with Firefox 56.0.2 32-bit and Waterfox 55.2.2.

The YouTube HTML5 video support page shows every format is supported with those versions of Firefox and Waterfox.

I had to use Waterfox to see and place the attached images with the "Preview" option.
They are not visible after upload (in Preview) with Pale Moon.
