ooops wrong link last time... he is what the fixer wrote, and it worked for me awesome....

Open windows task manager. Cross reference processes with processes in this library http://www.liutilities.com/products...processlibrary/ make a note of system and program processes and a seperate note for processes that don't show up. For me it was iplw32.exe and appaz32.exe. I typed both of these filenames into google and neither returned results. Next end the processes that returned no results. Then open windows search and search the filnemes on your drive. You should retrieve 2 results for each process (one application and a prefetch) delete this files. Run hijack this and fix any remnants left on the registry containing the (res://***.dll) address. Go to your control panel - Internet options and reset to the start page of your choice hit apply. Now restart your computer. This should work. It has worked for me all evening with no problems

    OK-NOW-HERE-IS-WHERE-I-STRAYED-A-LITTLE
But after I saw all the active processes and figured out which ones seemed suspious (by google.com) I wrote them down and rebooted in SAFE MODE then before I ran HijackThis I ran Ad-aware 6.0 then Spy-Bot search and destroy...Then I did the HijackThis

Also in HijackThis there were like 6 lines of RunOnce with files I did not reconize, so if the file did not have version and company name (search for the file, right click on it, look for version tab) I deleted it and it's prefetch file.

But I did the rest the same and I am happy again.
    Thanks again....
